Logistical Benefits the Food Bank Offers:
The Food Bank’s 78,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is equipped to receive, inventory, store, transport and distribute dry, frozen and refrigerated food and other grocery products.

The facility includes:

1,980 pallet spaces dry storage
Temperature-controlled dock area
280 pallet spaces of -10° frozen storage
280 pallet spaces of refrigerated storage
Refrigerated trucks to ensure appropriate temperatures on donated products
Computerized inventory control system to facilitate tracking of donations
Accurate and complete receipt documentation of all donations for tax purposes
Adherence to USDA and food industry standards
Adherence to state and local Health Department guidelines
Inspected every three months by the Tulsa City-County Health Department
Annually inspections by the food industry (AIB International, and Feeding America)
Less than four percent administrative costs
